Make market day easier on your body
Market days mean a lot of standing and walking, and a lot of carrying. A few habits help:
- Wear supportive shoes.
- Carry bags close to your body and switch sides often.
- Take a short sit break every hour or so.
- If you’re running the Turkey Trot, warm up with five minutes of easy walking.
