Impact Chiropractic believes in the value of chiropractic care for you and your family toward the goal of achieving total health and wellness. Therefore, we have created a pricing structure that is flexible enough to allow you to get the chiropractic care you need, no matter what your budget. We do not rely on insurance coverage and do not allow insurance to dictate the care of our patients. Therefore, we are out-of-network with all insurance companies. That being said, we offer affordable cash prices for individuals and families. Our friendly staff will be happy to answer all your questions.
Personal Injury, Auto Accident, & Workers Compensation Insurance
We accept auto accident, workers compensation, and personal injury cases that have resulted in back pain, neck pain, headaches, or other related pain conditions. Please make sure to bring your claim number, insurance policy number, and claim agent contact information with you. We will confirm your coverage. If you have an attorney on your case, we are happy to work with them as well.
Medicare & Medicaid
Impact Chiropractic is considered a “non-par” provider with Medicare and Medicare Supplemental insurance. What this means is that Medicare will not be directly reimbursing our office for your care. Therefore, we are allowed to see Medicare patients, but Medicare patients will need to pay us at time of service. The fee amount changes annually because it is set by Medicare. New patients who have Medicare insurance are not able to receive our New Patient discounted pricing (due to Medicare laws.) If you are a new patient, the cost of the exam is $90 and the cost for x-rays are upward of $360. Payment for the exam and x-rays will be due at your first visits. We are happy to provide an itemized statement for you to submit to Medicare for potential reimbursement.
Medicaid does not currently cover Chiropractic care in the state of Colorado. Medicaid insurance patients are eligible for cash discounts and family discount plans that we offer.
No Insurance
Our goal at Impact Chiropractic is to allow everyone to experience the benefits of chiropractic care and adjustments no matter what their financial situation may be. Oftentimes, our cash visits are more affordable than insurance co-pays. Many patients choose to pay directly for their visits with the chiropractor, especially as they discover that chiropractic care is actually extremely cost-effective and affordable. For these patients, chiropractic care is often cheaper and more effective than alternative pain treatments such as pain medications or invasive surgery.
Family Plans
Our focus at Impact Chiropractic is to actively help you and your family in taking responsibility for your total health and wellness. The staff at Impact Chiropractic will assist and guide you as you take the time to care for some of the most important people in your world: you and your family. In an effort to make living the wellness lifestyle as easy and affordable as possible, we can create a customized family chiropractic plan that is specific to you and your family. We offer care plan discounts as well as additional family member discounts. We will present this to you after determining your frequency of visits based on your exam findings.
CareCredit option
CareCredit is a credit card that can be used on a variety of healthcare and medical care services including dental, vision, hearing, veterinary and chiropractic services. Once approved through CareCredit, your card is reusable at any participating provider. Impact offers 6-month to 18-month no-interest payment options when you use CareCredit.
